• 0 – 15 FD per month: 25%
• 16 – 30 FD per month: 30%
• 31 – 50 FD per month: 35%
• 51 – 99 FD per month: 40%
• 100+ FD per month: 45% These percentages are designed to reward higher performance with increased earnings.
